}Get project memory document
Returns the project’s annotations, plus platform annotations, as one Markdown document for agents and humans: constraints, setup, interpretations (written ones and the readings of dated entries), the timeline in project time and open follow-ups. Each section opens with an instruction to agents. The document is built on demand; its exact structure is not a contract.
fromDate/toDate keep dated entries that touch the window (same semantics as the list); series keeps
entries about one of the given time series or about none in particular. Undated entries and follow-ups are always included.
Required API key permission: observe:annotations:read.

Use an Observe API key from the management console. The key selects the project and must grant the permission listed on the operation. Keep this key on your server.
Query Parameters
Window start (inclusive) as a local datetime in project time, formatted as YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.
^\d{4}-\d{2}-\d{2}T\d{2}:\d{2}:\d{2}$"2026-09-01T00:00:00"
Window end (exclusive) as a local datetime in project time, formatted as YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.
^\d{4}-\d{2}-\d{2}T\d{2}:\d{2}:\d{2}$"2026-10-01T00:00:00"
Time series names to keep (repeat the parameter for several).
50Response
